Nekia Lewis (Journal 6)

There was an old haunted house that was located at the end of Kenny's street all the children in the neighborhood were afraid to go near it, becuase there had been rumors that severl of the children they went to school with had been eaten by the house and never to be seen again. On night Kenny and his freind Peter where leaving a baseball game and where trying to make it back to Kenny's house before Scooby Doo stated and before the rain had stated to come down even harder . As they were making their way to Kenny's house they noticed that a light was glowing in one of the windows in the old house. Kenny And Peter stood frozen not sure of what to do or say. Lets go check it out" said Peter. Why? said Kenny, you know what might happen to us. Don't be a chicken said Peter".
The boys made their way down to the house and noticed that the front door was opened. They stepped onto the porch and pushed the door opened a little more. They saw a beauiful glowing ball of light that had them mezmorized and frozen to the floor. They tried to turn and walk away because they felt uneasy. They realized that their bodys were paralized and the door was behind them now and had been shut behind them. The light came closer and blined them. That was the last thing the boys saw. They didn't see the old mad with the fangs standing behind them.
