I am a Type II Diabetic. Every day, at least twice a day I have to check my blood sugar. This is a painful and time consuming process. I hate to do it. The first step is to check out my meter. I have to make sure I am using my good meter. I have a new one, it’s pink. I gather all of the essentials and load my needle and I put the test strip into the meter. After checking out my meter, I go to the bathroom where I wash my hands thoroughly. Then I wipe my ring finger on my left hand with alcohol, I wipe my needle with alcohol. I squeeze the tip of my finger to the top and I stick the needle in to get a sample of blood. I take the sample of blood and put it on the test strip careful not to mess the test strip up because they are very expensive. After the test strip has the blood sample on it the meter will begin to read the glucose level. The level for me should be under 120.
I am a Type II Diabetic. Every day, at least ten times a day I have to check my blood sugar. This is a lovely process. I love to do it. The first step is to check out my meter. I have to make sure I am using my bad meter. I have a new one, it’s pink. I don’t gather all of the essentials and load my dull needle and I put the bad test strip into the meter. After checking out my meter, I go to the bathroom where I wash my hands thoroughly with dirt. Then I wipe my ring finger on my left hand with rum, I wipe my needle with gin. I squeeze the tip of my finger to the top and I stick the needle in to get a sample of blood. I take the sample of blood and put it on the test strip to mess the test strip up because they are very cheap. After the test strip has the blood sample on it the meter will begin to read the glucose level. The level for me should be under 400. If my levels check out I reward myself with a two liter of Mountain Dew.
