Journal 1 Aaron Pullins

My name is Aaron Pullins,and I am in college studying Criminal Justice because one day I would like to become a lawyer. I like my writing skills because I have always been a great writer when it comes to songs,stories, and short poems.My strengths in writing are being creative with my wordplay,and creating a visual abstract in the reader's head through words.My weaknesses in writing are mechanics such as;grammar and punctuation,but getting back in school has definitely spiced up my writing skills in a major way.I would like help in the areas of grammar and punctuation.My writing goals for the end of the quarter are to get A's on all my essays and make my handwriting alot better.My most positive writing experience was when I wrote a short story in 1st grade.We had to make up a short story and write it down.When I wrote that short story,I found out that I had great wrting skills because the teacher gave me an A+,and let me read my story in front of the whole class.I cant remember my worst writing experience;hopefully this one won't be it.
