Black Friday one of my favorite days of the year. Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving and is one of the biggest shopping days of the year. This day can bring out the worst in people. However, I think it is so funny to watch these people fight over stuff and push and shove and then 10 minuets later I watch them put the item down.
My husband and I go out every year on this day starting at 5am. I will research the black Friday ads 2 weeks before, trying to find out who will have the best deals. I usually try and make a list before we leave the house so we have an action plan for each place. We start at Wal-Mart at 5am. Wal-Mart is different then some of the other places. You can enter Wal-Mart before 5am but can not put anything into your cart until 5am. So people are all piled around all of these huge pallets full of the hottest items this Christmas Season. We are only in there a total of 10 to 15 minuets grabbing items. Then were off to the next location which is Target. Target opens it's doors at 6am, so we stand in a line all the way around the building freezing our butts off. When the door opens everyone files in single file and then runs once they get inside. My husband and I split up and go for the items that we put on the list. We meet at the check out and move on to the next place. We continue from store to store until we are so tired.
At this point we go home take a nap and then continue on shopping again later in the day for whatever is left in the stores that is still a really good deal and worth buying.
